Es un conjunto de cuatro elegías que Lorca compuso para su gran amigo Ignacio Sánchez Mejías, gran torero, escritor y miembro destacado de la Generación del 27, muerto de gangrena en 1934 a causa de una cornada en la plaza de Manzanares por el toro Granadino.

Danielle Reck is an australian illustrator who has created her own world of illustrations: Pretty portraits of big eyed girls, decorated skulls and cute and creepy creatures filled with patterns. They remind me of those venetian masks, but perched on childish faces decorated with pastel color and unexpected designs. The use of soft colors and childlike gestures, give a different connotation to the skulls by converting them into sinous symbols.

Since Danielle was a small child, she has always adored drawing and filling spaces with as many patterns and textures as she is able. She’s studied a variety of art courses, one of which led her to a career in jewelry making. After 10 years of happily crafting pretty accessories, she decided to dedicate herself to her first love of drawing and illustration full time.

Her work primarily involves paper and black ink with colors added via Photoshop. She now looks forward to experimenting in the future with a variety of media.

David Bushell is a graphic illustrator who graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Illustration/Graphics from the Norwich School of Art & Design (now Norwich University College of the Arts) in 2006. His illustrations are generally inspired by architecture, travel, the natural world and socio-political issues. He usually works on a freelance commission basis, creating illustrations and designs for magazine articles, book covers, record sleeves and t-shirts, whilst also completing ambitious personal projects.

He now lives and works in London, England.

David Bushell es un ilustrador y diseñador gráfico que se graduó Ilustración y Diseño Gráfico en la Escuela de Norwich de Arte y Diseño (ahora Norwich University College of the Arts) en 2006. Sus ilustraciones están en general, inspiradas en la arquitectura, los viajes, el mundo y los problemas socio-políticos que nos rodean. Por lo general trabaja de manera independiente como freelance llevando a cabo ambiciosos proyectos y creando diseños e ilustraciones para artículos de revistas, portadas de libros, portadas de discos y camisetas…etc. Actualmente David vive y trabaja en Londres, Inglaterra.
