La era post digital es la actual, la era 3.0 de la múltiples aplicaciones y de las redes sociales. La era en la que hoy vivimos inmersos y que nos planta ante una frenética y placentera carrera donde ya no hay que esperar para poder ver los resultados. Los resultados son casi instantáneos. Es la era en la que las aplicaciones móviles nos permiten no sólo capturar instantes, sino retocarlos y compartirlos casi de manera instantánea. Es la era en la que es posible imitar el efecto y los resultados de cámaras analógicas como las míticas Lomográficas o las Polaroid. Pero entonces, ¿dónde reside el mérito de una buena foto en los tiempos que corren?… Reside en el instante; en el instante o en el factor suerte, como queramos llamarlo. Eso será lo que haga que una foto, sea una buena foto. Es como todo, los momentos son los que marcan la diferencia. Y una buena foto puede ser producto de la suerte… Good luck!
This title, Photography 3.0, has no other aim but to briefly summarize (in), the incredible evolution that Photography has experienced in recent times. And to prove it, let’s take a look back at the past 15 years. We’ve suffered an unstoppable evolution: from purely analogue photography to digital, and from digital to today’s post-digital. And this post-digital era is what we call Photography 3.0.
This post-digital 3.0 era, is the era of multiple applications and social networks. It’s the era in which we’re immersed and confronted with a frantic and enjoyable race where we no longer will have to wait to see the results. Because these results are almost instantaneous. It’s the era in which mobile applications allow us not only to capture moments, but to edit and share them with the world almost instantly. It is the era in which it is also possible to mimic the effects and results that we used to get with the analog cameras or with the mythical Lomographics and Polaroids. But then, where is the merit of a good picture at the present time?… The real merit lies in the moment or in the luck factor. It doesn’t matter how we call it. That is what will convert a simple picture into a good picture. Because these moments are what make the difference, and a good photo may be then the result of just luck… Good luck!
